Radio Abierta is the first radio station in Mexico made by people who have psychiatric experience.

We are an alternative radio that produces social inclusion through communication. We have been operating since June 2009, every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., in a garden of the UAM-Xochimilco.

At the core of Radio Abierta’s proposal is the commitment to include in the public arena the voices and presence of people who have always been excluded and discriminated against in society.

We broadcast online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and live on FM 94.1 UAM Radio every Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
